Having become very familiar in the condo remodeling business all of our clients contacted us thru word of mouth referral from clients or the condo staff being known to be most specialized in the delicate area of complete condo tear downs and rebuilds having to completely re do all plumbing, mechanical, electrical, structural interior partitions, cutting and penetration of concrete slabs, relocating and adding fire sprinklers.
We have worked with several architects and interior designer local, from other states, and international giving us the opportunity to learn extensively the high-end finish of all interior phases in a project becoming highly detailed orientated. Currently we continue to do condo build outs and we are building houses after tearing them down and Starting from the ground up.
